The Chinese Medical Program at Monmouth Medical Center was established to provide access to effective, cost-efficient, high quality health care for Chinese Americans.
Serving the needs of medical patients throughout the state of New Jersey, bilingual Chinese staff members, fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Taishanese and other Chinese dialects, provide services to patients in their native languages. Interpretation services, making medical appointments and arranging referrals, providing transportation, free screenings, and sponsoring community education programs are just some of the many significant services provided free or at low cost to the Chinese community.
